• Booking will only be confirmed on receipt of advance payment.
• Deductions on cancellation will be as under:

    • Between 72 Hours and 48 Hours  –  15%
    • Between 48 Hours and 24 Hours  –  50%
    • Within 24 Hours                         –   75%

• Please note that you have up to one month from the booking to claim your advance payment. We will not be liable for any claims made after this one-month period.
• Refund will be made to the guest within 10 to 14 working days and after checkout date.
